RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Please read full product descriptions and view all product photos/videos before making a purchase. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, please email us at hello@goldtonescrystals.com and we will respond promptly. Once an order is placed, we promptly begin processing and packaging items. For this reason, we do not accept order cancelations. 

SHIPPING

We offer global shipping. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. 

All domestic (US) orders $100+ ship free. Shipping costs for domestic orders that are less than $100, as well as all international (non-US) orders, vary by the weight of the package and the delivery destination.

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. However, please allow 7-10 business days for order processing and shipping. 

All domestic and internal orders include tracking. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped. Packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL International unless otherwise stated.  

Once packages are shipped, we are no longer responsible for delays or lost items. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues encountered during the shipping process. 

If an item arrives broken, please email us with clear photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. Store credit or product replacement may be granted at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny any request. 

PAYMENT

We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

We currently offer Shop Pay Installments, Affirm, and Klarna.
